You will receive a high resolution, print-quality digital file of your fuzzy face, with a name, on a white background. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your fuzzy face illustration, so you also receive unlimited revisions with your purchase.

The general turnaround time is 2 -5 days, in some cases, less. This is dependent on the quality of the photos submitted with the original order, and the information provided on the order form. If more information or a re-submission of a photo is required, this can lengthen the turnaround duration.

We can remove objects such as a collar/lead/harness/vest, but we do not add anything to the illustration which isn't already in the photo. For example, a tongue, if you want your pet smiling. This is to preserve the unique personality of your pet, so if you are after an illustration where your pet is smiling, then you must submit a photo of that nature. Unless specified, we will always leave the collar on, but remove a harness. If you specifically want something removed/left in, please detail this at the time of ordering.

Due to the customised nature of each illustration, and the turnaround time for each order, we get started on your pet portrait straight away. This means that once the order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. Because of this we offer a `100% satisfied guarantee, with unlimited revisions until you are completely happy with your fuzzy face - pet illustration with purpose.

Yes! We want you to see your pet's unique personality every time you look at your fuzzy face pet illustration. When you are happy, we are happy, so we will work with you until you are.

Once you receive your digital file, please save it directly to your device so you can keep it for many years to come. We archive a copy of each illustration, and can reissue your pet portrait for $19.99 if you need a replacement.

We review every photo submitted before we get started. If we think that the photo you have uploaded will not produce the best possible illustration, we will reach out to you directly to re-submit another one.
